Bruschetta: toasted croutons topped with a mix of fresh basil, garlic, olive oil, balsamic vinegar & diced tomato

Smoked Salmon Platter garnished with lemon, capers, red onion, hard-boiled egg

Fruit Kabobs: an assortment of fresh fruit, skewered

Crab Dip: made with fresh, Pine Island Crab meat, served with crackers

Roasted Garlic & Vegetable Dip served with crackers

Fruit, Cheese and/or Vegetable Tray served with crackers

Sweet & Sour Meatballs: bite-sized, served in a chafing dish
